My First City To Surf

Last Sunday I joined 65,ooo-odd people in the world famous City to Surf. Over fourteen kilometers, runners or walkers trekked through the popular streets of Sydney and ended up at the beautiful Bondi Beach. Along the way, I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Sam Rehnborg, who's father was the inventor of the world's first multi vitamin and mineral supplement. See picture. And also Adro, recent winner of Australia's 'The Biggest Loser' TV series. While my time of two hours and forty minutes was slightly off the course record of forty minutes and three seconds, I really enjoyed the experience and the exercise.
